Formation and Development Process

Vinaconex Tourism Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (VINACONEX–ITC) was established in March 2008, based on the Cai Gia – Cat Ba Project Management Board of VINACONEX. Its primary mission is to invest in and develop the Cai Gia – Cat Ba Tourism Urban Area into a large-scale and renowned tourism urban complex in the region and worldwide, as well as to develop a chain of tourism urban areas under the VINACONEX brand across Vietnam.

At the time of its establishment, VINACONEX–ITC had three major and reputable shareholders in Vietnam: VINACONEX, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank), and Agribank Securities Corporation (Agriseco).
